How we actually work.

  • We do not own ships, planes or trucks. We prepare your documentation, cost the duty, and book space with carriers.
  • Customs filing is done by a licensed clearing agent who holds the registrations. That is what keeps your shipment legal without you having a company.
  • You get one price covering duty, freight and our fee, in writing, before anything moves.
  • If courier or a large forwarder is genuinely cheaper for your shipment, we will say so rather than quote you anyway.

Do I really not need a registered company?

Correct. Customs needs a registered trader profile, but it doesn't have to be yours. We file through a licensed clearing agent who holds the registrations. If you'd rather have your own, we can arrange that too.

How is the price calculated?

Three parts: duty and taxes, freight, and our service fee, all itemised in writing before you commit.

What's the smallest shipment you'll handle?

No container minimum. Small loads move as LCL or air. If courier is cheaper, we'll say so.

How long does clearance take?

Days, not weeks, once the paperwork is done and duty paid. That's why we prepare it before booking.
