What we need from you
Send the basics and we build the clearance file.

Commercial invoice
Value, currency, seller, buyer and the agreed terms of sale.
Packing list
Carton count, dimensions, gross and net weight, marks and packing type.
Product details
Plain description, material, use, model or part number, country of origin and photographs where useful.
HS classification information
Any tariff code you already use, plus technical sheets or specifications that help confirm the right classification.
Route and shipment details
Origin, destination, transport mode, supplier or buyer contact and the expected shipment date.
Regulated goods information
Tell us about batteries, chemicals, food, medical products or other goods that may need permits or special handling.
